The Tamerica 213PB comb binding machine is a manual punch and bind machine for home, office, and school. It features a built-in wire closer, making it capable of binding with spiral-o wire (binding wire specifically designed to fit the 19-hole comb binding pattern), in addition to being a 3-hole punch machine. It punches 5,000 sheets/hour up to 12" or 21 holes. Binds 250 books/hour up to 2" thick.
